Mikki McLeod has over 40 years’ experience in all disciplines of the performing arts.

Mikki has extensive training in acting, musical theater, dance, commercial, and voice from NYU, Weist-Barron, Stagedoor Manor, Fox Albert, and The Gilchrest Workshops, all in New York City. Her primary educational focus has always been in Marketing, Advertising Design, Fine Arts, Musical Theater, and Elementary Education. She became a drama and dance teacher for Tampa Academy of Performing Arts in 1989.

Mikki joined the Disney family of entertainers as an Equity performer in 1992. Her career at Disney spans over 14 years, over 20 shows, parades, and events. Simultaneously, a desire for more experience brought her back home to New York, where she worked for Entertainment Tonite, in Long Island, as an administrator/entertainment coordinator and event planner. She furthered her experience there in the sales and marketing department, and as a promotions manager.  Her primary focus was on talent booking and development alongside her roles as choreographer, technician, mistress of ceremonies, and dance/theater educator for the children’s division.
