Getting my beauty sleep tonight and super excited about tomorrow morning. Day One of my cleanse/fall breakthrough challenge starts and today I went food shopping for yumminess.

EATING PLAN:

BREAKFAST … AdvoCare Pumpkin Spice Meal Replacement Shake.  MangoStrawberry Spark with Red Rasperry Rehydrate

AM SNACK … Grapes and Peanut Butter

LUNCH … Mesquite Smoked Turkey with Sweet Peppers and White Cheddar Cheese in Romaine Lettuce Heart Leaf Wraps. MangoStrawberry Spark with Red Raspberry Rehydrate

PM SNACK … AdvoGreen Drink and handful of Lightly Salted Peanuts

DINNER … Fahita Chicken with Seasoned Steamed Veggies

BEFORE BED … Spoonful of Peanut Butter
