Your privacy is super important to us. The StageMilk Privacy Policy describes what data we collect from you, the purpose for collecting the data in conjunction with the StageMilk blog and Services, how we share, process, and manage your Personal Data, and your rights associated with your data.
This Privacy Policy applies to www.stagemilk.com, www.stagemilkdramaschool.com, our Scene Club and other StageMilk products and features (together, “StageMilk”). It explains how we collect information from users, and how we use such information. Your use of StageMilk constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
What data is being collected?
We collect Personal Data that you voluntarily provide us, when you register for the StageMilk Newsletter, or sign up to StageMilk Drama School or one of our courses, memberships or products. Personal Data may contain your name, email, contact information, billing information, your location, as well as other information you provide to us.
StageMilk collects billing information when processing payment on www.StageMilkdramaschool.com, StageMilk Drama Club and StageMilk Online Acting Training via Teachable or Stripe/PayPal for our payment processing. We are not responsible for the privacy policies on Teachable or Stripe. You should be aware that the privacy policies of Teachable.com, PayPal.com and Stripe.com may differ from our own.
StageMilk collects and stores data about you when you use StageMilk’s commenting platform to communicate with us, and other users. We love hearing your feedback!
At times, you will be fully aware of information received, as you are the direct source providing it. For instance, you may comment on a blog post, reply to an email, provide an email address, complete a survey, or otherwise. Additionally, purchases necessarily involve collecting certain information, Paypal addresses, your physical address for billing and/or shipping, phone number, and so on. For some products we require credit card details. This process is managed by third parties, such as Stripe or Paypal, please refer to their privacy policy. Refusing to provide some of this information may lead to us being unable to provide you with the products or services you’ve requested.
Some of our content (www.stagemilkdramaschool.com, Scene Club) is protected by a username and password. Whether a username and password is generated by our website, or created by you, these will almost always be connected with some other information related to or connected with you. Usernames and passwords, are kept private and not disclosed with any third parties. We may access this information to help provide you with the products or services for which you have paid and signed up for.

Your personal information is then held and used for the purpose for which the information is collected, which may include:
to send you updates about new posts on the blog, articles you might be interested in, events, our online courses, as well as general acting tips and advice.
to provide services to you, and to manage the services we provide you (i.e. StageMilk Drama School student correspondence)
for internal business operation reasons, including the gathering of statistics.
specific financial details are used solely to bill the user for the provision of services and products (i.e StageMilk Drama School, StageMilk Online Acting Training)
To target and measure the performance of advertisements displayed to our users directly by StageMilk or through third party advertising partners, on and off StageMilk.
Any information you supply us with, via email, Social Media or Blog comments will be kept confidential. Such information will not be disclosed, unless authorised by you or otherwise required by law.
Our goal is to simply provide you with the information, and the resources you might need to begin your acting career, take your acting career to the next level, and become a better actor.

Other Collection of Personal Information
When visiting our website, the IP address used to access our website may be logged along with the dates and times of access. This information is purely used to analyse trends, administer our website, track users movement, and gather broad demographic information for internal use such as statistical assessments and website improvement. Most importantly, any recorded IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Google Services including but not limited to Adwords, Adsense, Analytics
Google, as a third party advertisement vendor, may use cookies to serve ads on StageMilk websites. The use of DART cookies by Google enables them to serve adverts to visitors that are based on their visits to this website, including past visits, as well as other websites on the internet.

We also use Google Analytics to track user behaviour to help understand how users are moving around the website, as well as for retargeting adverts on other Google services/websites and on their display network.
